Ticketmatic

Ticketmatic powers ticketing for theaters, venues, and concert halls across Europe, the UK, and the US. When a show goes on sale, everyone arrives at once, and the system's entire job is surviving that moment.

I worked on the complete rebuild of the internal Back Office platform and the systems around it: queue management, ticket purchasing flows, campaign systems, push notifications, and email automation.

The work ran the full stack and past it: PHP and Go backends, Vue.js with Inertia, AWS infrastructure with Terraform, and Android and iOS development.
