“Winter in empty hands.”

Lore

These towering northern raiders tear packed snow from the ground and hurl it at the defenses holding the forest road.

Combat behavior

Dark-brown hair and beard, empty hands during idle and walking. Normal melee and the snow throw are exclusive actions; a committed melee hit finishes before scooping begins.

The boulder is a separate projectile. Its original tower must still exist at impact; a cancelled scoop does not fire. All Giants share target reservations. Barracks, deployed soldiers and heroes are not tower-freeze targets.

The first tap cracks the enclosing ice, the second shatters it. TAP and progress cues disappear on thaw. Tower timers do not accumulate missed attacks. Rimewing still freezes one soldier for four seconds with its own ice skin; Giant tower ice lasts five seconds.

  • Melee and separate snow throw.
  • One tower frozen; 10s throw cooldown.

How to counter

  • Two taps or 5s thaw; 6s immunity.
  • Interrupt the scoop before release.
